It is a new year and that means that the Midwest real estate market is finally beginning to heat up again. 2015 is already shaping up to be a strong growth year for Matterport 3-D models. Redfin introduced Matterport cameras in all of their major markets and progressive real estate agents are beginning to take notice. ScanDimensions completed their first residential real-estate scan of the new year last week, a beautiful 3000+ square foot home in Round Lake, Il and our schedule is filling up quickly.
2015 Updates
We are ecstatic about the prospect of forming new relationships with Chicago, Rockford, Madison and Milwaukee real estate agents and are well positioned to service all of these markets.
Residential Real Estate pricing for 2015 will range from $0.10 – $0.20 per square foot, depending on the market and travel considerations. We will continue to offer discounts for scheduling multiple scan sessions in a day.
We are also excited to announce a new offering for our residential real estate clients. Professionally rendered floor plans, developed from the Matterport Scan. Pricing is set at $0.50 per sq ft.
Finally, we are now networked with Matterport photographers in markets across the country, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us for a referral.
